Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: “GDPR“).


Purposes of processing of personal data: handling of your requests or questions submitted to BFirst.Tech sp. z o.o. via the contact form.


Legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of BFirst.Tech sp. z o.o., consisting in responding to questions submitted by Internet users, ensuring the security of the services provided, analysing the activity of Internet users in order to optimise the services provided).


Personal data may be made available to entities processing them on behalf of BFirst.Tech sp. z o.o., such as IT service providers. 


Personal data will be processed until a response is given/ongoing correspondence is completed.


BFirst.Tech sp. z o.o. does engage in automated decision-making, including profiling, in relation to the data processed. 


Personal data is processed using the services of Google LLC, which involves the transfer of data to a third country (i.e. the United States). This is possible because Google LLC relies on standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission in its privacy policies. You have the right to access your personal data (including obtaining a copy of your data), rectify it and, to the extent required by law, erase it, restrict its processing or object to its processing; you also have the right to data portability. Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for the processing of personal data (i.e. to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
